HARE MATAR BHUTTE PALAK TAWA KEBAB

METHOD:
* Blend the corn, baby corn and green peas into a coarse mixture.
* Heat the pan
* Add the potatoes, green chilies, chilly flex and ginger and mix well.
* Cool it and add roasted channa dal.
* Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into small round tikkis.
* Heat the oil in a pan and cook the tikkis till they turn golden brown and crisp from both the sides.
* Sprinkle chat masala over the tikkis.
* Serve hot with ketchup and mint chutney.
