METHOD:
* Blanch the Cauliflower florets and keep a side.
* Heat the oil in a pan, Add Chopped garlic, dices of onion
and bell peppers. Sauté it for 5 minutes, then add ground spices and keep in
the fire for around 2 minutes.
* Add Onion tomato masala and then Makhani gravy, and cook
it for some time.
* Add blanched and methi leaves to it, toss it for some
time.
*Finish with the touch of butter and check the seasonings.
* Serve hot with Indian breads.
