METHOD:
* Soak chickpeas over night for (6 to 8 hrs) in cold water
* Next day wash the soaked chickpeas & Boil
* Then keep it for boiling
* After Boiling strain the water and keep boiled chick peas
a side for cooling
* After chickpeas get cold
* Take a robot couple machine and make a fine paste of
boiled chick peas with ice cuber and garlic cloves.
* Add salt white pepper lemon salt lemon juice in same
machine and blend it with chickpeas .
* Make a smooth fine paste then add olive oil and thanina
paste with chickepear
* Take the mixture in a mixing bowl.
