METHOD:
* Marinate the mutton pieces in ginger garlic paste and salt
and keep in refrigerator for at least 30
minutes
*Heat oil in a cooking pan.
* Add mutton and let it cook
till pale.
*Add onion, sauté it for some
time. Add tomatoes and puree. Stir well and then add garam masala, yogurt,
whole red chilies, red chili powder and salt.
*Simmer it for 40 mins; stir
it occasionally to ensure it does not stick to the pan.
*Once the mutton is cooked
through, Check the seasonings, garnish with coriander and tomato wedges as you
can see the picture.
*Serve with Indian bread.
