METHOD:
* Take mayonnaise in a big bowl (You can purchase packet
mayonnaise as shown in the picture).
* Mix Mayonnaise with chili flakes, add vinegar and mix it thoroughly.
* Serve cold along with hot snacks like French fries, potato
wedges, Chips etc.
