LIVE TART COUNTER
A tart is a baked dish consisting of a
filling over a pastry base with an open top not covered with pastry. The pastry
is usually short
crust pastry; the filling may be sweet or savory.
Please find below the images of making Live Tarts.
Take the Tart shell.
Fill it with choice of filling (Veg/ Non Veg).
Pipe with Mash Potatoes.
Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on the top.
Melt the cheese through blow Torch.
Garnish with Fried Basil and Cherry tomatoes.
Serve in warm temperature.
